Ronnie Tumlin grew up in this area and lives with wife Suzanne on Crescent Beach. Ronnie has been a realtor on the beach since 1996. He has sold over 80 million in properties on the island. Nobody knows St. Augustine Beach and Crescent Beach better. Hobbies include golf, fishing, diving, skiing and selling real estate. Ronnie graduated from the University of South Florida in 1971 and has been successful in several different careers. Ronnie says, "I've always been involved in sales and management. The real estate business has been more fun than anything else I have ever done. When a deal closes, everybody is happy and that's a hard conclusion to obtain in most other fields of sales."

Dusty Dancy grew up in this area and surfed the waves of Crescent beach over 40 years ago. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in construction. Dusty worked for national commercial construction firms for over 25 years as a consruction manager building multi-family, Institutional, health care, shopping centers, condominiums and commercial structures for national retail clients like WalMart. Dusty says, "I decided to tone my life down and lower the stress levels by coming back to Crescent Beach and getting into the real estate business." Dusty has been licensed since 2003 and has sold over 20 million in properties since he started. His hobbies include fishing, hunting and sailing. He has crewed on several international boats in competition. He and his wife, Mary live here on Anastasia Island.

Cindee came to us from California in the early 1990s. She and husband Sam and children live on Crescent Beach. They owned and operated a small chain of restaurants before retiring a few years ago. Cindee says, "I couldn't sit at home and watch the ocean every day. I had to do something and something I knew something about is real estate. It is my husband's passion. He has accumulated commercial properties for years so the real estate business seemed like a natural." Cindee has been very successful has specialized in helping people find a home to live in as well as listing homes for resale. She obtained a broker's license in 2004 after having a sales license for the previous 5 years.

Michael Burban came to Crescent Beach Realty in 2011. He has a masters degree and has retired from teaching at the university level. Michael purchased a condo through us when he was a professor and after getting his real estate license decided he liked the way Crescent Beach Realty did business and applied to work here.
He wanted to adopt our policy of personal assistance before, during and after the sale, an attitude that he said he did not find at larger brokerages he interviewed with.
The ownership and fellow agents at Crescent Beach Realty have welcomed Michael who has quickly picked up a grasp of the island inventory since he already lives here at the beach at St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Club. He has been a resident of Anastasia Island for the past six years.

Deb Sharretts has been licensed for over 25 years. She came to us from Pennsylvania where she worked for a large national brokerage. Deb says she visited the St. Augustine area for many years before she and her husband decided to relocate in 2001. She says, "I chose to work at Crescent Beach Realty of St. Augustine because I wanted a small agency environment where the agents were treated like family, and that is what I have here." Deb and her husband live at St. Augustine Beach.
