Crescent Beach Realty specializes in condominiums and homes on the beaches of St Augustine otherwise known as Anastasia Island the barrier island off St Augustine.  We are serviced by four bridges.  To the south end of the island on A1A is the Matanzas Inlet bridge that spans the only pure natural inlet left in Florida.  All others have been modified by man and the State of Florida has said it shall remain so.  Several miles north is the Crescent Beach Bridge that spans the waterway and takes you via Fla Hwy 206 to U.S. 1 and I-95 just 4 miles away.  The "312" Bridge is a four lane high rise that takes you from the northern end of Anastasia Island into the main business district of St Aug on U.S. 1 with any service and store you can ask for.  The Bridge of Lions is the historic downtown bridge at the northern tip of the island that takes you to downtown old town.  It is a draw bridge and was rebuilt with federal assistance due to its historic nature in 2010.
