A word about the Q building. The last to be built in the complex in 1999 and is the closest to the ocean. Balconies are east southeast exposure which is best by most opinions. Larger square footage too at 1120 heated and cooled plus the oceanfront balcony or patio. Just a couple of reasons why we think the Q and R buildings are the best two in the entire complex.
